The marketplace
Saleskrest connects customers with independent shops and activity hosts. Product quality, service delivery, and event fulfilment are the responsibility of the listing business or host, unless we say otherwise.
Your account
- You must provide accurate contact details
- You are responsible for activity on your account
- Do not misuse the platform (spam, fraud, fake listings, or harassment)
Orders, bookings, and activities
Prices, availability, and cancellation rules are shown at checkout or on the listing. Activity tickets can be withdrawn while the event is still happening, subject to the host’s rules. Paid products and services follow the shop’s shipping and return policy.
Acceptable use
You may not reverse engineer the service, scrape listings in a way that harms the platform, or post unlawful content. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Liability
Saleskrest is provided as-is. We are not liable for indirect losses arising from a shop’s delay, a cancelled activity, or issues outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer law.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. The date at the top of this page is the latest version.
